Prejuicios, modelos, etc ...
Como lo habréis notado, además de usar clips musicales para ayudar a mis metáforas, intento dar cabida a todo tipo de estilos musicales en este blog. El objetivo es ayudar a abrir nuestras mentes, teniendo en cuenta que nuestros gustos musicales a veces resultan limitadores y eso impide desarrollarnos. En el caso de hoy, un estilo musical que tiene poca audiencia en Europa, el "country".
Aquí tienen a Jennings, Cash, Nelson y Kristofferson interpretando el clásico "highwayman". Se podrá objetar que ellos son las máximas figuras del country y que estoy haciendo trampa. En realidad, algo que comento habitualmente en este blog, hay varias preguntas que formularnos:
¿ Por qué he de conformarme con cosas mediocres, tanto en lo musical como en lo profesional ?
¿ Tengo derecho a ser exigente, sea cual sea el asunto en curso ?
¿ Puedo luchar contra mis prejuicios ?
¿ Me reporta algún beneficio el cuestionar las cosas ?
¿ No es acaso una característica básica de un líder precisamente el ver "más allá" y ayudar a los demás a que compartan esa visión extendida ?
¿ Es justo que otros quieran encerrarme en un marco rígido de pensamientos y gustos ?
